I spend a lot of money with Evans, even have an account card with them. Have never dealt with such shocking service as I have from Santander (who handles the account cards). No assistance or explanations are ever forthcoming, they have an astronomical 'late payment' fee (even though their website is regularly problematic and you can't log in when you want to to make payment!).
Whilst I own some lovely clothes from Evans, there are other companies who cater for very tall, or voluptuous ladies, and I find myself buying more regularly from them now - biggest reason being that a good 6 to 10 products bought from Evans over the past 4 months or so are very disappointing quality. If the quality isn't great, why charge such high prices?
Nowhere on the site to e-mail anyone with queries, and you rarely if ever get a response if you are lucky enough to find some sort of contact details. All I can think is so long as you buy and pay for your products, they don't really care whether you're happy with them or not. Obviously business is booming and it doesn't matter if there's disappointed customers....
When you spend £350+ on a new item, there are rarely problems (thankfully!). However I received a dud machine with a faulty mother board, so the PC wouldn't even boot up.
Trying to get any assistance from sales staff at Misco as to what procedures are in place for this sort of problem were disappointing. Staff had a couldn't care less attitiude, not even taking the time to explain what would happen and how I would be refunded etc etc.
Finally arranged for the faulty PC to be collected after several DAYS, and then had to wait an interminably long time of almost 14 days before my credit card was refunded.
From a company known for being a big supplier of technological products, the after sales support is disgraceful and staff seriously need some training and an adjustment in attitude!
I've been supporting amazon for years, and it's nice to be able to say well done for constant good service.
All products bought from amazon direct have been exactly as expected and arrived promptly, even over busy holiday periods such as Xmas. All the products I've bought from other suppliers have also been as expected/described and I've never had a problem. On the few rare occasions I've returned items, I've never had a problem and always been thoroughly impressed with the helpful assistance received.

I have never had a bad experience when buying from Pet Planet. Orders are despatched quickly and received in good order. On one rare occasion I received an order with a few packages of dog food were slightly damaged and they were replaced quickly and without argument.
