Friendly and helpful with good products, prices and service.
The staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The web site is easy and logical to use. There is a product at a price to suit everyone and the service is very good. You could not really ask for more. The previous day I had tried a very exotic mattress in a big store for 6 times the price of the item I bought from MattressNextDay and to be quite honest, I was hard pushed to notice a huge difference between them. The only criticism I have (and this is rather picky) is that we were quoted a delivery time between 08:00 and 13:00 but the mattress arrived at 16:30. If we had not been given the 13:00 cut-off time, it would not be a problem. I shall be submitting another order from MattressNextDay for our spare room.
