Since SnaggStuff.com made a facelift, my order history is not available, so i couldnt get an issue resolved with a product i purchased.

I bought an OEM version of Windows 7 Ultimate... happened to be Dell version which was no big deal since i was to reinstall on an older Dell computer that i had replaced the motherboard on. The new motherboard was not a Dell motherboard, so no Dell BIOS... no Dell Service Tag number.

I installed and it ran fine for 8 months or so... first part of July after the monthly updates from microsoft i got the warning to activate windows (which i had done upon the first install)...now it says that i have an invalid product key and no way to resolve... i contacted microsoft by phone to get a confirmation key to input and they referred me to Dell based on the installation ID... they refused to help me at all..so...i am out the 90 bucks it cost me :(
