The best personal customer service I've ever had
Having never bought curtain poles before, I found the whole process quite baffling. I was buying for a large bay window, amongst others, and had many questions; how many rings, would the pole support the heavy curtains we have, what size would I need etc. All my emails were answered promptly by Michael and the whole process was made simpler and less stressful. The selection available is vast and with such top class customer service I would recommend ThePolesCompany to anybody.

great product at good price
unfortunately the delivery men were running 2 hours later than the scheduled slot, so we were unable to take delivery on our chosen day. the mattress was redelivered free of charge on a Saturday, and it's fantastic. A great mattress at a really great price
