Initial phone on schedule as per delivery details but it devloped a fault after a couple weeks. Spoke to PMC returns details emailed and sent back and replacement provided within two days.
Excellant service and dealt with the situation with minimum fuss.
Products will always go wrong key to this was the way it was dealt with and that was first class.
It's an unfortunate fact of life that sometimes goods will be faulty, but we do try our best to minimise the fuss for you. I'm glad we managed to do this for you.
