Excellent service
I used John Lewis all the time and they are excellent. Only once or twice did I have problem with delivery not turning up on the day it is supposed to over past 10+ years. Even then, thttp://www.trustpilot.co.uk/popups/Evaluate?DID=414443#he customer service is always very helpful and they apologised and sorted things out very quickly.

Bad customer service
I was very happy with them, bought numerous tops and jackets until the last purchase which I received have a dirty snotty handkerchief in one of its pockets. I emailed Hobbs customer service and they did not reply and when I reviewed the product with the handkerchief comment, I got an generic message saying it does not comply with whatever and rejected my comment. I would have at least expected an apology for the dirty handkerchief ! Will not buy from them again.

I bought a scruffs neon dog bed and received the bed within a week and ordered another for a friend and it arrives very quickly as well... in time for Christmas ! Postage costs is very reasonable.
