Nice, simple, easy, brilliant :-)
ZiiP are a brilliant new up and coming games store with a very unique selling point of being able to email you the cd key from inside the box before they send you the item. With this, you can download your game straight away and get playing within hours, safe in the knowledge that your box copy is on its way.
Having very competitive pricing and a very helpful customer service is imperative to survive in this market, and ZiiP have got all the bases covered. I look forward to using their services in the future :-)

Easy to use website!
Having only just taken out insurance on my mobile, I can't comment on how that side of the business works but their website was simple to use. Just fill in what it is to cover and you can see the amount per month it will cost right there. Once you're happy with the cover, just fill in a few details, choose to pay monthly or yearly and away you go. Nice and simple :-)
