Today is 27th January 2012.
I have 2 parcels to be delivered. Yodel tried delivering the parcels on the 13th Jan and left a card to reschedule delivery. I went online as directed on the card and requested redelivery on the 19th. But despite that the attempted twice again on the 16th and 17th leaving cards. When I did not get my parcel I contacted the delivery center and I was told that they did not get the re-sheduling information from their central office. I therefore rebooked the delivery for today.
Just to make sure that they don't miss me I rang to find out the status and was told that it had not gone out for delivery and will not be delivered today.
It is now 2 weeks that I have been after them.
The parcel id still not delivered.
What a despicable, atrocious service.
Please don't even think of using this service.
1.They do not let you know early when they will be delivering the parcel which most other companies do that you could choose a convenient day of yours.
2.Nobody bothers to get back to you if you put a complaint
I was once a faithful Dell customer. Bought three systems from them in the last 5 years. Bought a Windows Vista Laptop with free Windows 7 upgrade 2 years ago.I was misled about the upgrade.
They didn't bother to send me the upgrade disc. When rang up, i was told that the offer was time-limited and asked to pay £80.00.
Never bought anything from them again.
