Roomsnet International Limited


Very poor service if a problem arises.
Having made a reservation more than three months earlier and having paid in full, Roomsnet cancelled our booking only a week before we we due to arrive - by email.
Despite speaking to their so-called customer services people they did not accept that this was in any way their fault (a dispute with the company that arranged the rooms)or that they were under any obligation to even try to arrange alternative accommodation or to compensate me for the inconvience.
Apparently the senior management at the company cannot be contacted by phone - so I was unable to take this up with anyone who might be in a position to do anything about this.
