Prompt efficient service and good prices too. The order arrived quickly. Unfortunately one of the boxes was damaged and the bag of food inside was split. A quick phone call to Petshopbowl, an emailed photo of the damage and a refund was given. I was very impressed with the service and the efficiency with which a problem was solved. I would 100% endorse the company and will shop with them again.
