Worthenshaws Freedom
Good effort but not what I was expecting
Worthenshaws make frozen desserts. The chocolate one tastes like watered down chocolate milk. It doesn't taste very nice. They claim they are free from nuts, dairy, gluten, soya and eggs - one of the reasons why the owner states on the actual tub that her son has nut allergies so he can eat it. Yet there is an allergen advice on the side stating its produced in a factory that handles nuts, soya, wheat, milk, gluten and egg? So can you eat it if you have a nut allergy or not?

Some local produce with nice food in the cafe
This Farm Shop is in Canterbury and it has a nice butchers inside with plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables. Lots of local free range eggs but the local Kent cheese was a bit expensive at £6.07! They have a cafe just off the farm shop and the food was quite nice although my glass was dirty but that was easily put right. Nice place to go just off the A2.

Excellent Service and Lovely Cake
I purchased one of their Dundee cakes as a present for my dad Christmas 2011 and I ordered it a week before so I was a bit nervous it would get lost or something but no problems and it arrived in time and the cake was lovely. Nice and light, plenty of almonds and fruit. Would recommend.
Blockbuster
Disappointed with my local Blockbuster store
I had some late fees which I paid in cash - thats fair enough because they were a day late. A couple of weeks later I went in to rent some more DVDs and was told I still owed the late fees. I explained I had paid by cash 2 weeks prior but they insisted I pay. Could the cashier have pocketed the money? It was £3 so I thought I would pay and then write a letter of complaint to the head office. I have never received a response from them. So for just £3 they lost a customer of 5 years.
Waitrose
I always used Waitrose but this has put me off
It was difficult to rate Waitrose because I had used them for years with no problems so for that I give them 5 stars. However, at Christmas my delivery slot was cancelled and they put their usual minimum order of £40 upto £90 just for Christmas. So for that they get 3 stars. Sadly its put me off of using them but I like their food for special occasions. I will need to think about using them again.
Boots
I've never had any problems with Boots Online Service
I order from Boots every Christmas as I cannot face the rush in the shops and I've never had a problem (now I've said that I'll have a problem next Christmas [joke]). They have always delivered on time. Well packed and goods as expected. Easy to use website and got all the shopping done in 30 minutes.
Net Pet Shop
Lie on google shopping about their free delivery
I found a dog bed I wanted on google shopping from this company and no wonder they were the cheapest because they don't tell customers that once on their checkout you have to pay for delivery. Something that was £16 was actually £21 when you added delivery cost. They are not being honest with customers. Will not use and will be going elsewhere.
