After speaking to this company twice on the telephone regarding a change of delivery address. The first telephone call assured me that my goods would be delivered to the right address. I was furious that I had taken a day off work UNPAID to be there for the delivery of BOTH the items I ordered. The mattress initially arrived at my BILLING ADDRESS (which was different to my delivery address) and lucky for this company, the driver took it upon himself to deliver it to the right address. I reluctantly signed for HALF of my order. I then telephoned this company to ask where the bed was (waited 10 minutes before my call was even answered) , as a mattress without a bed is useless. She informed me that it was also being delivered to my BILLING ADDRESS, TODAY!!!!! This item was NEVER delivered to either address. I cannot afford to take another day off work to wait in for goods which "could arrive between 9am-6pm as there are no ETA's". I chose this company as their website says "Next day, Day of Choice" delivery and I needed the bed ASAP as I had people coming to stay, I wish I had chosen ANOTHER RELIABLE company.
I await to hear their response and how they are going to resolve my complaint in the meantime.
UPDATE: Worldstores really know how to get you frustrated. They have sent me an email with a 10% discount code - AD10P. After placing my order.... and still waiting for half of my order?
UPDATE: After speaking to Prachi (whom is very helpful), I received ALL of my order, a 10% discount off my already placed order and the £10 delivery charge refunded, as a gesture of goodwill. All gratefully received but would not use this company again.
