I recently ordered 2 bags, one was delivered as expected to my daughters. The other was never delivered but I was charged for it on my credit card. The company apparently mailed me which must have gone in spam. Despite not hearing from me they went ahead and charged me for it!!!! If I had not thoroughly checked my account I would have paid for it.

Many apologies for the confusion - we didn't refund you immediately as we do email customers as soon as the stock error is recognized, offering a range of alternative designs that we would be more than happy to dispatch out instead, as well as asking if they'd like to wait for the item to be in stock again as we do receive regular orders from nearly all of our suppliers.
