I bought the game the 17th september.
They told me three weeks ago that I will have the game tomorrow.
We are the 10th november and I don't still have the game.
They continous to ignore my message on facebook and support, and they are keeping to tell to the customers, "a stock will arrive tomorrow". That is just unacceptable. Moreover, they have a lot of problem with Modern warfare 3 and Skyim... There is lack of professionalism.
Now they indirectly obligate us to change our order or ask a refund if we don't want wait more. The truth is that they lose money with this version of Battlefield 3 but CJS doesn't want to admit it. We won't have the game.
Knowing this, I asked them to change my order bf3 EU LE to bf3 EU standard edition and I still have no answer. And I already know that they will not refund the price difference between these versions.
If they do I will change the comment.
