Unreliable and won't contact you
Had an email stating I had available spending limit but when trying to shop was advised I had reached my limit. Tried to contact papal who said I should telephone and have never replied to emails. I find their customer service disgusting but it does stop me spending money :o)

Two small items sent in two bags via courier and post seems excesive
I was amazed that a courier brought a small envelope and then via Royal Mail a larger envelope. I appreciate that one was medication and one a toy but I was still surprised.

THE way to get cat food
Items always arrive very speedily and I am kept informed all the time. Just one small problem, I order 2 x 15kg bags at a time which come in one box. I can't move this myself whereas I used to be able to move the bags when they were delivered separately in thick polythene :o(. Otherwise, price and service A1.
