NEVER ACCEPT INSURANCE FROM CARPHONEWAREHOUSE

These people claim to have a geek section if anything goes wrong with your phone they can fix it.what a load of baloney.such a simple fault one of the pins had broken so i was unable to charge the phone.the carphone warehouse told me we cannot fix this simple fault as it would cost more than what the phones worth about £300 and it would not be viable for them.So i took the phone to southall and the indian man fixed it for me for £15.All carphone warehouse wanted me to do is buy another phone.Lazy theives that they are.NEVER TAKE INSURANCE OUT WITH CARPHONE WAREHOUSE
