Really good service and value
Well, couldn't fault Serenata Flowers. First time we used them - as a result of one of the daughters recommending them - and they were excellent. Ordered at about 6pm on Friday night, and the flowers were delivered about 10am the next day. Cheaper than others we have used, a decent and easy to use web site, really nice bunch of flowers, and good all round.
Five stars!
Glasses Direct
Excellent glasses and delivered in three days - yes!!
Ordered two pairs of glasses using one of the impressive money-off and two-for-one offers, placed order Tuesday, heard on Wednesday that the glasses were being made, and heard on Thursday that they were despatched - didn't quite believe that.
Friday they arrived in the post. Wow, that is good service. Good specs too, interesting frames, correct prescription, nice cases. Really has to be A+++ throughout.
This is my second successful order from Glasses Direct, so can highly recommend them.

Celebration bouquet of very poor quality and excessive price
I bought a celebration bouquet of flowers for my wife for Christmas, together with some perfume - which according to the Marks & Spencer web site would be delivered free.
They arrived, both on the same van at the same time, but with a £4.95 charge to deliver the tiny bottle of perfume. I complained to Marks & Spencer and a very offhand rep effectively told me to get lost, and refused to cancel the delivery charge.
The flowers were OK, not as nice as the illustration, but were not delivered in a "gift bag" as advertised, but in a cheap cardboard box.
Very disappointed with Marks & Spencer over this - no wonder they are going downhill again if this is how they act.

I cannot praise Ukmag.net enough!
Sent a question to Ukmag.net, and received a telephoned technical reply in an hour. Then ordered two reels of magnetic tape which arrived the next day - wonderful service. The product is perfect for the job and of top quality.
This is a great company!

It's their aftersales service that really scores
We ordered a house-full of radiators, and good as their word Plumbnation price matched, no problem. Everything delivered on time, and just as ordered. Then we found that a set of radiator brackets was missing for one radiator - that's a manufacturer fault, nothing to do with Plumbnation. Contacted Plumbnation, and they organised for the missing brackets to be available locally, at once.
Then the very last radiator to be fitted had a bent cover - this must have happened in transit - and again Plumbnation organised a replacement delivered to our door.
This is a top company - top value, top service, and I feel they can always be trusted to sort out any problems.
