awful delivery service poor customer service

there delivery company are terrible. ive been let down 3 times the latest showed out for delivery few hours later they claimed they couldnt gane acces to my house total rubbish. next day show yet again loaded on to van sat in all day and didnt turn up. when i phoned kandco to complain i was told it was nothing to do with them yet they use this terrible delivery company called yodel who also trade under HDLN. they just didnt want to know i informed the girl if goods aint here by monday then they can cancel the order. get i decnt delivery company. check out my tracking below. they call there delivery company HDNL WHICH IS ALSO KNOWN AS YODEL, DO A SEARCH ON HERE FOR YODEL THEY RATE 1 STAR

Very Poor Company Avoid

Complete nightmare of a company. i ordered a htc sensation i checked out with my prepaid mastercard. i got the payment declined because your card doesnt support 3d secure. well i thought no problem. when i checked my card acount they had taken the cost of the phone 389.95 when i called and asked why that happened they said it was nothing to do with them as it was mastercard and to call them. i am now fighting to get my money back as there totally stupid when you call. please avoid this company

this company are clearly the best on the web. i received my new phone next day. i decided to return it as it wasnt really for me. they gave me a complete refund within a few days of getting it back and thats what a call first class. when i decide to buy another phone i will be useing this company there by far the best i have ever dealt with. i can highly recommend mobilefun
