Totally pathetic and horrible service from tesco Clough street in Hanley Stoke-on-Trent. To think that me and wife always do our weekly shopping from that store and alway by our alcoholic drinks without anyone asking us for an i.d despite both of us being over 25. Today i happen to pass by to grab a bottle of wine, flowers and a birthday car only to be declined to make a purchase because they they thought my wife was 25 despite the fact that we were just a normal couple enjoying their day holding the basket together and i was the one paying and i still presented my i.d for them to tell me it would be a proxy sell. What criteria does this stupid policy cover that lets us buy the same alcohol without i.d all these other days but choses which day and time for it to be used. Im extremely disappointed in the horrible service i got and couldn't help it think it was just racial discrimination. A whole lot other bought their drinks and left with being asked for I.d. Very incompetent staff that disgraces its loyal customers. There were a lot of factors to consider before refusing us our right to buy the mere fact that we were husband and wife shopping together that policy was never suppose to deny us our right to buy whatever we want. Had we been children i would understand. This was an absolutely sh!tty service.

I bought a ticket through Kiwi.com for $112 (Booking ID: 768981521). No official airline ticket was ever issued to me—only a Kiwi booking code. Because the ticket was not processed, I immediately requested a cancellation. Since then, Kiwi.com has been making endless excuses, claiming they are "waiting for the airline." The flight date passed more than a month ago. To make matters worse, Kiwi manipulated the system status during my bank’s chargeback process, causing the bank to reject my dispute under the false pretense that "the refund process is ongoing." This is an absolute scam and a clear case of "services not received." For comparison, I had a similar issue with Trip.com where the ticket wasn't issued, and they rightfully refunded my money within 3 days. Kiwi.com, however, is illegally holding my $112 for a service they never provided. I demand an immediate full refund to my card. Do not reply with your automated corporate templates; solve this issue now!

I've been using Uber for many years without issues then recently I got notification that my rating had fallen below 4.28 and therefore deactivated. I have no idea what happened as everything was fine. I always give 5 atar ratings and I always give tips and then boom I got deactivated. I cannot see the reviews so I contacted support but they were no help just said the ruling stays. I'm really disappointed as we are travelling ATM so its really disrupted our trip.

Over two hours from kiosk at airport to Benidorm, meandering around Old town in an oversized bus getting stuck in narrow street. Got off the bus in Old Town and walked to Marina Resort. Return journey was in a small bus but had to return to new town to collect someone who wasn’t there earlier, so 1 hour later passed the place I got picked up at. Strongly considering an alternative in the future.

The customer service team informed me that I would receive an update within two hours—often sooner; however, I never received any follow-up. For Canadian customers: be aware that delays may occur, as happened with my order. The products frequently ship from international facilities (mostly India), which is not clearly disclosed on the website during the ordering process.

I have the pen mat and the metal tip and I really love them! Feels so good to draw with and has really been a boon for my work! I ordered a second pen mat after my previous one got a deep scratch and when it arrived with a dent, I emailed and Marc sent a replacement right away! Super easy and nice experience!
