Well managed and caring working environment.

Francesca at 3D recruit has been amazing! She made me feel so welcome and comfortable when I started at the agency. She keeps me up to date with everything, and makes sure I’m happy with whatever the school is asking of me. She went above and beyond for me to get me to where I am now. I am ever so grateful to her. 3D Recruitment are Very industrious and efficient as a company but also empathetic. 3D are helpful and understanding and will listen to you; being there to support you before, during and after a placement. With their unrivalled knowledge of local and more far flung schools, 3D Recruitment are quick to respond to any queries, very open, approachable and a pleasure to work with.

We use 3D recruit for all our staffing needs. We work very closely with Jessica who can’t do enough for us, even at a moments notice.

She will find the right staff for our service, she is very kind and genuine, and will even call to make sure the new staff are working to our standard.

Friendly efficient staff. Knowledgeable in my area of work and competent in negotiating pay rates to my level of skills and experience.

They will hire unprofessional person to the work. That way I been cut off the job. Guy come to work with me that morning as an industrial painter. After 5 minutes of work. I knew already that guy is not a Painter. He never was - so unprofessional agency ( send guy to work , who have no clue about that job. I tried to give him , some lessons ! How to paint and mixing correctly paint , how to mix a filler , all that necessary idea to cover him. In the same time probably I was trying to cover is well agency!

Because there was a lot of work and I didn't have time to do everything myself!
That is unreal- they brought a guy to the job , without knowledge of industrial Painting.

I should walk away from that Idea - to cover him. ( immediately )

Just impossible to learn how to paint with a paint gun in one day. I'm just in shock 🤯 He start producing lot Off problems with the work. there was no time to fix it! It was very busy work. Managers were trying to put us under pressure - to do more work. I was accused that the work was not going well and the metal parts were not properly sprayed.

I was expelled - and he was left. It's funny 🤪🤪🤪 - I showed him how to clean, mix the filler, how to do everything !

There are simply no words!!!

Everyone has been really friendly and supportive. Communication has been consistent. Joining an agency was a big change for me and 3D made it all so easy it’s definitely been the best decision I have made.

Great communication. Got me a long term position pretty much immediately and managed to get me paid to scale pretty soon after! Thank you !!

Francesca and the wonderful team at 3D Recruit have been a pleasure to work with. From the moment I first spoke with Francesca, I felt immediately at ease and positive about going ahead with registration. She is always prompt with communication via phone or e-mail and truly delightful to chat to.
