Return process not easy.
I ordered an outfit and everything was smooth but trying to work out how to return it wasn’t easy. I got an email reply offering a 30% refund and I keep the item. It does not fit me properly and I would never wear it so NOT an option. If it was a 75% refund maybe I would consider and give the garments to charity. To get a refund I had to photograph the clothes, I tried them on briefly, with labels showing and am now awaiting a “ticket” so I can return them but it will probably cost me a bomb! I am not sure where I find the ticket. I feel sad this return process isn’t easy as the clothes are lovely. It will certainly make me hesitate to order again.
