Amazing classes and teacher
The classes were very interactive, with real examples so that you can understand more easily and see the areas of opportunity for those of us who already have part of SAFe implemented. Thanks Ofer and Roni!

Great instruction, well detailed course
The instructor was good, answered all the questions and encouraged everybody to feel safe on asking questions. The breaks every hour made me stay focus for longer, and the small team exercise kept me engaged in the course as well as explained some situations.
I felt that the course was short and some of the chapter was a bit faster.

Trainer who practiced what they are doing
Unlike in many other training providers the trainer actually applied/experienced what she was teaching. Therefore there were a lot of "real life examples" to learn from. Helping students to apply the acquired knowledge.

Noa was very professional
Noa was very professional. Presented the subjects clear and accurate. Quick to understand our questions and challenges and navigated the discussion the best way possible.
Also the course pace was well prepared and all was ready on time.

Great class
Great class, good use of the SAFe website. Other training materials, videos, etc., were very effective. Ray our instructor was very knowledgable, kept things moving along nicely, answered questions very well. Would definitely recomend him for other classes.

Great SPC class
The SPC class with Roni and Ofer was one of the best courses that I've ever taken. We had tons of really useful exercises, great discussions and received many useful practical advices that we can build in during our professional carrier. Thank you guys!

Review
Great course, the material of the course is important.
I think we could discuss more about real-life examples and a bit less theory. for example instead of talking about the automated car example we could discuss some example of someone from the group. or something more related to our work as developers.
Also I think we should try to do simulations, like give a background story and then give someone to manage a daily or small planing with the group.

SAFe Release Train Engineer Course
Just completed the SAFe Release Train Engineer course led by Ray Angelone. The course provide great information, ability to test out some of the techniques and share insights among team members. Ray was open to questions and feedback on how the course was progressing and kept things interesting.Great experience!

April 2022 SAFe 5.1 RTE…
I attended the April 2022 SAFe 5.1 RTE training and Ofer the trainer was very insightful, providing good examples and recommendations from real life.
Ofer also suggested some powerful tools that can help us do our role as RTE in a better way.
Course was interesting, well taught, with the right examples, excersies and discussions.
Ofer was patient and answered all questions with much attention.
Very glad I took the course with AgileSparks and will recommend it to my colleagues

A suggestion for Mural
A suggestion for Mural - perhaps there should be a brief pre-class review of this tool. Many of us in the class did not have the background to use and it slowed us down during exercises - some were more worried about getting around in the tool and not the content of the exercise.
The 2 facilitators were great - however there was a disruptive gentleman (Mark) in the class that really needed to be reined in. It was really starting to wear on the teams by the mid- late in the sessions. An offline convo w/ him would have been helpful.

Strong on SAFe agile process and flexibility to meet our needs, tooling needs imp.
Class was great on covering SAFe agile process, weak on tooling. Mural was hard to follow and more than once we didn't get the exercise done due to difficulties using it. That being said, Ray was quick to pivot based on feedback and redirected the class into something that ended up being quite timely and useful. I created a sizable list of improvements I plan to make in my team's agile implementation.

good course but i hoped to see more explanations
i was waiting to see a practical example of how to manage a project with scrum. in addition the lecture said in the beginning that we can use scrum in everything, not only software developing. but he didn't give an example of that. many terms in the course were only from software developing world which I'm not familiar with ("stories"?) i felt that all came with previous experience in scrum' and i know nothing about scrum. so its not a course for people without experience

Fantastic course material Ofer ran the course very engaging
Fantastic course material Ofer Cohen ran the course very engaging and interested. RTE SAFe class ran very quickly and material covered were presented very well. A lot of group exercises and very informative. I would recommend for anyone to go ahead and choose him and Agile Sparks for your SAFe courses.

We appreciate more videos and demonstrations and less theoretical material (especially for the first part). each part closure should have a pause for exercise or demo.

Excellent Course
Dec, 2021. SAFe RTE course, with Ofer Cohen. An excellent, well-presented course. It was well-balanced with plenty of time for discussion. Ofer presented the content well, with focused weight where he thought necessary to balance the class attendees.
Definitely recommend the course!

Excellent - would recommend to any one
The course was very well explained and was interactive so I didn't get bored easily.
Oded abilities to deliver the pieces of knowledge are very well shown in the course even though its short in time.
I think there should be a little more explaining of the basics in the beginning for those who are not familiar with scrum already.

It was a good session but missed 2 points
It was a good session. I would like to highlight 1 drawback.
1. Duration was too long and it leads to loose focus in between
2. Managers need to be included in this session because sometimes conflict happens between SM and managers in the companies. This leads to priorities change in between due to something urgent coming from Manager and you as SM are not aware . and team starts to complain due to ad-hoc task.

Exceptional, Collaborative and Well paced.
The SAFe LPM training course was taught at a very good pace with a lot of collaborative exercises to keep us all engaged and assess our learning at the end of each module.
Roni answered our questions knowledgeably and patiently. She facilitated the training exceptionally in my opinion. I'll definitely recommend Agile Sparks to colleagues and friends.

Course handouts could be re-ordered slightly to aid in better flow - I think this was instructor preference, but it worked well to convey info in a logical flow.
