I was scheduled for a appointment for…

I was scheduled for a appointment for X-rays for my ssdi case but I need transportation so I called my Allsup rep that I can NEVER get In contact with and was told she is in a meeting and she will be out of office ALL NEXT WEEK, but my appointment is for July 5th so how do I get help? And the lady I talked to in customer service was extremely rude and unhelpful

I need to know what has age got to do…

I need to know what has age got to do with being disabled. I am being discriminated because of my age. I didn't tell my body to wait until 68 to break down. Please help me to understand

Don’t sign up they act like they’re to…

Don’t sign up they act like they’re to help you but that is not true. If you join this program you could be at risk of o your S.S.D . I join this program in May of 2023 til February of 2024 had to stop because I re-injure myself trying to keep up with the program demand with how many you must work. All of I need was to fill out my work report which I did and Allsup would take of things with Social Security. Long story short I noe don’t receive my S.S.D that I was entitled to. C.J. the supervisor was handling my case for two month first month in May my funds were release by Ms Saba who worked at Social Security but this June I have been fighting to get my funds. C.J the supervisor from Allsup was working my case but sided to pass me on to a receptionist to handle my case I asked the receptionist today. Why did I need to talk to her when CJ was handlingMy case? Her response C.J told her it was just a conference call, that she can do it. C.J brush me off today and Allsup is the Whole reason this case My is mess up because Miss sending in a report Late. This is unacceptable and unprofessional, and I will be contacting the triple B’s about this also will be contacting my congresswoman

Megan is a great specialist and very knowledgeable asset to your company

Allsup rep did not attend my disability hearing as promised

I have used Allsup services for the past ~2 years for help with my social security disability application. My claim was initially denied and Allsup appealed on my behalf and the process culminated with an administrative law hearing by phone this morning. My Allsup representative did not attend the hearing by phone as promised, so I proceeded on my own. The judge did not have any records from the past year or the letter Allsup rep had asked my husband to write the judge about his observations. I had laboriously uploaded all my medical records for the past year to the Allsup website, but my Allsup rep called me 10 days before the hearing and asked me to resend all my records and the letter to the judge to an unsecured email with her name at another company. It seemed sort of dicey to me, but the hearing was so close that I went ahead and did as she asked. She said she was having trouble with the Allsup website and I figured she must do work for more than one disability support company. I repeatedly emailed my Allsup rep during the week before my hearing asking for confirmation of receipt of all I had sent and to schedule a time when she could prep me for the hearing. I never heard back from her. The hearing on my own was not too bad and the judge was very kind, but that is no thanks to Allsup. I won't know the judge's ruling for some weeks and I don't know if having Allsup support at the hearing would have helped; however, based on this experience I am ending my relationship with Allsup and I would not recommend the company to anyone. If I could have given a zero star I would have.
May 14, 2014 addendum: After I posted my review yesterday, I received phone calls of apology from my Allsup representative and also a more senior person in the organization. They made every effort to make things right.

He represented me during my social security hearing, and was professional, concise, and guided me through the whole process. Lack of help when I needed it the most

I worked with Allsup for two years to get my Social Security disability approved. Once I got the money from SSA to reimburse my Long-Term Disability (LTD) insurance provider, they dropped me like a hot potato. Even though my LTD was non-taxable, I had to pay taxes on the money I paid back to the LTD provider. After several calls for help from them on how to avoid paying taxes, I finally gave up because I got no assistance. I felt like once they were able to count me as a successfully approved disability case, they wanted nothing more to do with me.

Amazing service

My agent Jennifer Marsh was wonderful, I had some really hard things happen to me and my right leg is paralyzed. She showed extreme compassion and kindness and she had no problem advocating for me to social security. She made this a easy and smooth process for me. She is amazing!!

Jennifer took her time with me and…

Jennifer took her time with me and answered all the questions I had. She also went the extra mile to ask how I was doing with my medical condition and that she will keep me on her prayers. She gave me her direct number in case I needed to speak with her for further information. It’s the small things that makes life more meaningful.

Alsupp did a wonderful job on my SS…

Alsupp did a wonderful job on my SS Disabilty on my behalf.My first application starts January 2023 it was denied by SS then on July 2023 Allsup made an appeal for the first time and it was approved March 2024.Thanks Allsup for the job well done.

If your "PATIENT" enough and work with this Company.......

your experience with them will be well worth the time. All those who I have talked / worked with in the process to getting my Disability was on a Positive note. If I had a complaint they worked through everything with me. It took me more then my expected wait time but was worth it in the end....THANKS !!! :)
