Great product however customer support…

Great product however customer support & customer services are terrible. I have upgraded to the solo license and some of the basic features have stopped functioning. I can no longer access the address book as I now get the message this is a premium feature, if you already own a license activate it now. I cannot get this resolved. Anydesk, please do better. Or point me in the direction for the correct help.

Good tool, bad payment system.

The tool itself is excellent, the payment system is bad. I had to buy via PayPal as the normal payment system failed.

I think that it should had a "service…

I think that it should had a "service package".
The difference in value for a "solo" license is huge, compared to a standard license.
Unfortunately the standard license for 20 users does not allow simultaneous access! I sincerely do not understood that logical.

Heads above the rest!

With over a quarter of a century in the IT business I've tried a large majority of the various remote assistance software makers available. Anydesk is by every measure a lot easier to use, more affordable, and carries a smaller footprint. I like the ability to secure the connections without my clients ever having to do anything.
If there was anything to improve on, it would be the support, often it takes days to unravel a problem or get a resolution, because the support is by email and the company is in a completely different timezone.

Worst support ever!

The best software on the market for remote desktop control, but unfortunately with the worst supportone could experience. The support website mentions a phone number, but it's just an automatic Google Translated voice which sends you to the voicemail. "Direct" numbers in email signatures are not reachable. When entering a support ticket through the website, it takes weeks to get an answer (if you get one...) It's just to be ashamed off. Don't choose for Anydesk if you're a professional user and going to be dependent on this software for daily business.

After not using AnyDesk for 2 yrs I Updated it

After not using AnyDesk for two yrs. I updated the program to discover a huge red buy me banner taking up valued space on my 14" laptop along with time limitations that make no sense understanding (2% ????). The fees for a Pro Lic. are ridiculous when several just as good apps exist that have no limitations or fees for private/home use. You did not keep your word to keep it unlimited without garbage banners. It once was great software but IMO you ruined it.

Awful, abusive company

These cowboys are only interested in extorting money from you by unfair contract terms and threatening you with bailiffs/collections. AVOID this company - there are many good alternatives.

AnyDesk is wonderfull software

AnyDesk is wonderfull software, It help me to connect to office from home to work at home.
The reason I gave only 4 stars instead of 5 is it disconnect very often ( maybe 5 minutes if I stop touching the screen), I has to click reconnect many time. Wish it can stay a bit longer ( 15, 20 minutes..)
