I got the worst service ever! The driver tried to steal my flatmate’s bicycle and stole one of my shelves! He came to my house clearly high and he flirted with me and my flatmate. He constantly pushed me to help moving my stuff even though I paid for two people ( the second driver never left the van). I reported the episode to the customer service and they simply told me that it is my word against the driver’s word so they cannot do anything. They are investigating about the stolen shelf since the end of December but still nothing! Do not trust them because if something goes wrong you will have no protection at all!
The driver was excellent, the experience stress free!
My experience with AnyVan was amazing. In particular the driver that was assigned to us was so helpful, hardworking and on time. He worked so hard we really did little to help him. We moved out stress free. Will be using again for sure.
