Incredibly bad customer support

Incredibly bad customer support. They haven't responded even after weeks of emailing and messaging them. My Arctic Liquid Freezer II 360 stopped working. Neither their local support, nor their global support could bother replying to a replacement/refund request. I used to think they were great value for money. Now I know better. Go for NZXT or some other brand, even if you have to pay a bit more, if only for the better customer support.

excellent (if slow) customer support

Although they taek longer than the advertised 9 days to respond, the quality of theri responses are excellent. Was missing 1 screw and one nut for my cooler and they sent me a full bag of screws, nuts, standoffs and thermal paste. A+!

Very happy with cool product

Delivery was very fast and well packaged.
Product is excelent. 20K better temps than the dark rock pro 4 trx on my 3975wx.
Retention mechanism screws directly into the socket and once properly fastened hold this giant cooler well in place. Noise levels of the included fans is well within the acceptable range. Found this cooler via Wendel from Level1Techs. He put two in the new devops server for GKH to build new kernels. Friend of mine ordered two as well for his new work rigs. Thank you very much. I am very satisfied. It was delivered quickly. The function I have not yet been able to test, that still needs some time. However, I am satisfied with the service.

Great cooler

Slow shipping but that was DHL’s fault. Cooler works amazing, reduces my CPU temps by over 30C

If you can mount fine/otherwise

I have two Arctic Coolers. If it can be adjusted to the mainboard everything is fine. The first one works fine.
The other one can not be mounted on my motherboard, even if the Chip should work with it (which is true) on the mainboard i used it is not possible to mount becase the crew is exactly on the cable of the fan.
So i have to rate one time 5 stars and on time 1 star because it is not working and there was no way to find out before buying it (that´s bad).

I purchased a Liquid Freezer II 280…

Customer service finally replied on April 22nd. I assume the response was due to my Trustpilot review rather than customer care. I completely understand that the PCB cover I need is not available at this time. Supply chains have been a complete nightmare the past year. However, you end up with dissatisfied customers when you say you will respond in 9 days and take twice that long.

Original Review (1 star):
I purchased a Liquid Freezer II 280 which came with a LGA1700 install kit. Unfortunately, the PCB cover on the cooler interferes with my new motherboard (a known issue in their online install guide). Good news is they'll send you a free compatible replacement. Just fill out this form, attach a copy of the mobo receipt, and they'll open a ticket. After I complete the ticket, I get an email that it will take up to 9 days to get a response. Seems a bit long, but I guess I'll wait to build my new computer. That was the evening of April 4th. On April 18th (even if they claim it was nine business days), when I still hadn't received any response, I replied to the ticket, but I have never gotten any response from Arctic. I found this review site and it looks like they respond within days. So here's my review.

Great until it breaks

Normally I try to rate reviews on what they actually deserve but this deserves 1 star. I must say their products are fine when they work keyword when they work. About the start of April my AIO experienced a leakage which I was not aware of until my pc would no longer display. After inspecting my pc I found the coolant all over my 3060 which I bought for £400 now broken after testing in other machines. Now this I was not so worried a simple email and ticket to arctic and they should claim responsibility and help me get a replacement right or at least cover costs right?? wrong. As the time of writing 20 days have passed without a single response from the company through phone calls emails tickets everything I can try to reach them by and all are not working. TLDR products are *fine* until they break customer service is absolutely useless. BEWARE OFF THE ABOVE BEFORE BUYING. I also assume I will get a response to this ASAP now that I am leaving a review and the company will try to look all great in front off people potentially buying one of their products. ticket number #CS321062

To short rgb cable makes it imposible

Update:
I now got the coller startet and I makes a high pitch sound from the pump. Really annoying. Also i notice the radiator was twistet so it wobled around on a flat surface. Causing some of the screws from fan to go pretty tight in.

Thougt it was supposed to be a prem cooler. That litle short rgb cable at the radiator makes it imposible to mount the fans on the other side. Soo disapointet and it has taken so much time to figure out. But now i must live with a long ugly extender for at cable that is about 5mm to short. And have the exstra expense of bying it.

And the sleeve over the cable is ripped and bend. Pretty porly made.
