Poor quality, very disappointing
I ordered an 11.5 and 12 flow runner in airforce blue. 11 is my size for literally all my footwear yet the 11.5 didn’t fit - too small. As above I had a 12 anyway so tried that, much better fit but the quality of the trainers was poor. The vertical strips on the toe cap were either missing, broken and misaligned. They look like they would fall in with minimal wear. Sent them back for a full refund. Won’t be ordering them again. Very disappointing

Clothing was good but I could not wear as the Evri delivery driver would not put in my safe place with clear instructions to do so this is very frustrating so now I have to send item back as my even has gone.i did catch the delivery guy and expressed my feelings but he was not bothered I have left complaint to Evri as well I though I should being this matter up with yourselfs as it’s not good and could impact future sales to your company
