Product ordered 13 weeks ago. Not arrived and many repeat emails received which just say wait. No tracking updates and never respond to actual questions. Just standard replies. 36 times they have said that they have contacted the carrier, but I have never had an update. Shocking service. Avoid at all costs
Item ordered 15th December, delivered in the UK 14th January. It took 15 days to get from arriving in the UK to delivery, even though it was a Royal Mail 'Tracked 48' delivery. Item is too damaged to be usable because it was delivered in a plastic bag which provided no protection.
I have requested a full refund. In the circumstances I believe I am entitled to this. I have offered to return the item.
I have been offered a 'goodwill gesture' of £2, which has been increased to £4. I have been told that any more will result in someone at the company losing their job.
The situation remains unresolved.
Very slow delivery, ordered early Nov & arrived NYE but the product is as described & the quality I expected.
