Wonderful experience with artlist for last 6 months......they have wonderful music library that helps me to make my social media videos very interesting!!!

SCAM

Im currently dealing with the same issue i had last year after i had already gone through this with artlist. they have once again charged me after i had already canceled my subscription.
they dont have an option to unscubcribe directly through the website, you have to do it from paypal. pay pal has just told me that that they saw my cancellation and noticed that the payment was placed on my account yesterday. I highly recommend staying away from this website and its services.

I have been an Artlist user for 2 years now and definitely think that they are by far ahead of all the other music licensing platforms! The quality of music is top notch and the option to use it for any video production across all channels saves a lot of hustle! Thank you Artlist.

What an amazing company! I absolutely love that I can use as many songs in my projects as I want and I'm only charged one flat price for the whole year! Plus they are so helpful, they helped me find the right playlist for my video when I messaged them. Thank you Artlist! You rock!

There is no better site and value

There is no better site and value if you need music for multiple projects in a year. Their licence covers every use and you pay nothing more after you are subscribed for the year. Everybody complaining about the subscription but cancelling is super easy, just send a quick email to support or chat with them online and they will do cancel the renewal. The value I add to my projects with clients who have no additional budgets cant be beat.

SCAM!!!!!!! please keep reporting this fraud to PayPal. Artlist are not transparent at all, they will trick you into paying for a full years subscription when you only sign for monthly option (which they don't offer). Disgusting carry on.

Not Trustworthy and Poor Music

I've been using Artlist for a year and have to say that it's average at best. The music selection is limited and it's super rare to find a good song. It would take me hours to find a decent song to use and while searching their library, I felt like I was being shown the same songs over and over.
BE AWARE! upon trying to cancel my subscription, I realised that there is no way to cancel your automatic payment method directly with ARTLIST. They make it incredibly difficult to cancel and I definitely won't be using their service again! Felt like I've been scammed.

HUGE SCAM - BAIT N SWITCH - DO NOT BUY

SCAM THE DAY YOU SIGN UP THEY GIVE YOU THE ABILITY TO DOWNLOAD 30 SONGS about 3 days later they remove your access and start sending your songs with AUDIO JUNGLE AND STUPID VOICE-OVERS OVER the songs. Every 10-15 second a voice comes over the song and say AUDIO MUSIC REIMAGINED. Ive contacted them 3x sending screenshots of my invoice and there reply was im not apart of some group that offers rights to the songs. SUPER SHADY. I've had to contact PayPal and filed a fraud claim to get a refund

Not bad, not great

I have been using it for a few months now and I can say that it's nothing fancy. Not the best variety and even when you filter results you find the same songs over and over. Some are great quality and others are something you would find on a free music site. They also spam you with their ads on YouTube.

Artlist is a scam site! They take you directly $ 200 without your confirmation! in addition they put $ 16 a month but in fact they take you the money of the year! And you can not even cancel! This is theft!!!!!

So far it's brilliant

So far it's brilliant, two reasons, the ease of the search and the quality of the music. In production you don't have hours to go through music even though it's really important, finding the right music was quick and the problem was that all the music was good which is the problem you want.

I hate websites like this

I hate websites like this. The payout to musicians MUST be poor. Subscription services constantly RAPE musicians with the terribly low offers. It’s almost insane. I get wanting to have music, but there’s no way musicians can be treated fairly under this business model. Websites should allow musicians to have their own store and set their own price, and be paid when someone buys THEIR music, or anything other than a low rate, one size fits all subscription model. Will not be using this service, there is a such thing called ethics. Businesses like this claim they are “giving indie musicians empowerment” when they are really telling them they aren’t worth much.
