Arveilo 

Ordered 3 items. They were all way to small, and the quality was horrible. Doesn’t match the foto’s on the website at all. I would not recommend buying. Hopefully the retour is gonna be fine and I hope I get my money back…

The items I received from Arveilo don't even match up to the images in the website. I ordered a linen shirt and what I received wasn't even linen. Scam website shipping cheap items. Avoid

This company is an absolute scam! Do not buy from here. My boyfriend bought 3 pairs of shoes from here and waited a month for them to arrive. He didn’t read all the reviews until after he had bought them, but was hopeful maybe he’d get lucky. The shoes got here, and he ordered them all in the same size but yet, none of the three pairs were the same size. One was alright, another was too big, and the other was even bigger than that. Not to mention horrible quality. One of the pairs was so rubbery you could fold it in half over itself. This company is like SHEIN but somehow worse. The pricing is what gets me. Paying that much for horrible quality is INSANE. Do not buy from here unless you want to be disappointed.

Ordered large order from Aveilo and never heard from them, no email confirmation or order number…cancelled payment and immediately issued credit , obviously Chase has had other complaints and knows the site is sketchy

If you are from the US, DO NOT purchase anything from this company!! I ordered 3 items. One of the items had a hole in it and one item they sent me was the wrong prince of clothing. I sent them pictures and even though they were at fault for sending me something I didn’t order instead of what I had wanted, they made me pay the shipping charges to return it. They offered a 20% refund to fix the issue but I explained that what they sent me was the completely wrong item the other item came damaged. They still insisted, per their policy, that I had to pay to return the items if I wanted them refunded. This is not cheap since it goes to Dubai. I had to pay $32 to ship the items back. I have never had a more disappointing experience with a retailer and cannot imagine any other company not working to make this right given that they were 100% at fault. It’s not worth buying from them!

My son who is 16 saved his money to buy some shorts for the summer, linen with a drawstring. They instead sent boxer underwear briefs. I know this because it was clearly stated on the cover packet, with Chinese translation. No linen, no drawstring but with an opening as normal underwear have. He wrote two emails to say the wrong item has been sent only to receive two replies saying they looked into it and the correct item has been sent but if he wants to return he has to do so at his own cost. I have now written two emails with no response whatsoever. I just want a refund and we should not even have to return the (likely) £2 boxer shorts from China.
What company behaves like this- lies, scams, blatant disregard for people, rules, laws. If this review stops just one person from buying something from these disgusting people who are effectively stealing money then please do believe this review and not the five star that clearly are inaccurate.

I placed an expensive order on Arveilo. Unfortunately my package was stolen, Arveilo were great the entire time with their customer service and had quick responses. However upon asking for a refund as I was still in the 30 day return policy period. They never replied. So I have lost a large amount of money.

Never ever order something here!!!! Very poor quality and scandalous return policy.
80! Euro's to send it back to Dubai.....

Do not buy from this company. If I could award 0 I would! My son saw the linen trousers and shorts but I didn't look on here first. I should have!
I ordered over £150 worth of mens linen trousers and shorts.. When they arrived they were cotton and not linen! They are cheap, flimsy and of a quality I would expect from a market stall.
I've complained that the items are being falsely advertised but I get the privilege of sending back to the UAE (YEP UAE!) at my own cost! I've queried and disputed this but now email silence!
Do not buy from them and thus prevent the obvious returns policy...

I have a very bad experience with Arveilo. The sent items are much smaller than expected and the quality is very poor. When I want to return the clothes things are made very complicated (I have to send lots of evidece, like a movie, tags have to be attached, that were not even attached on delivery). And the return is so expensive that it is not even worth any effort! I have to return the 2 itmes (value 72 Euro) to Dubai for a shipping price of 82 Euro that Arveilo wants me to pay all on my own.
Arveilo?.... never again....

By far the worse place I have ever purchased from. 2 & a half weeks for delivery with no update on order until 3 emails sent. Products are nothing like advertised, very very poor quality, very poor communication skills, the returns policy is a joke as they want to make you pay £15-£20 to return the products which from hundreds of reviews they then proceed to ignore & not refund the money.

The item quality are terrible for the price. They are delivered from China. They sent the wrong color item and for return, you have to pay for international shipping. Also, the color on the website are not accurate. The other two items I ordered are completely different color then what arrived. I would not recommend at all.

Purchased three pairs of pants. All three were horrible quality and came strait from china with no branding at all. Avoid this brand

The quality of the merchandise was not as I expected. I ordered two pair of they suede slip ons. I inquired on returning them for a full refund and was provided an address in Dubai. I went to DHL, Fed Ex and UPS and all were over $200 to ship. Basically they make it unworthwhile to return their merchandise thus scamming you out of the money they collected from your order. No where on the site does it list anything about an address, which should have been my first clue to avoid this retailer.

Don’t order at this website unless you’re okay with waiting more than 2 months for your order to arrive. This is from someone who lives in Europe!

Bought a pair of the Renzo trainers and the product quality was terrible. The shoe looked and felt like it couldn't have cost more than £2 to make. I had to pay £15 to return the item to Dubai; the tracking showed my parcel as delivered, yet they ignored my emails for over 2 weeks. I only managed to get my money back after raising a dispute with my bank. Avoid!

Iordered white men trousers and after a month i recieved a piece of garbage. Very bad service (no answers)

A quarter zip I ordered arrived faulty and to get a refund or exchange they want you to send packages back to Dubai which was £15 shipping. Not very fair considering they sent a faulty item. Would not recommend. The linen trousers were okay but the sizes vary depending on the colour.

Very poor service and products, ordered 3 pairs of men's trousers of 3 different colors, and sizes were extremely different from each other. Light brown was ok, fit a Large, while the other 2 colors (dark brown and blue were very slim and smaller respect to the light brown). I have asked immediately for replacement of the 2 wrong sizes, and after 1 month, I'm still waiting for the professional and correct resolution of the error that arveilo made.

Worst quality clothing i've ever purchased.
Return address is Dubai.... real cheap postage.
