I ordered a couple of cotton shirts in size L and two linen pants in size L. The size of the clothes must have been designed for children, because the shirts were like sausage casings and the pants were almost shorts. The material is also completely different from what is stated on the website, the shirts were 100% polyester fiber and the pants were 100% cotton. According to the website, returns are easy, you just have to send a video and photos of the ordered clothes and finally they will be sent to the United Arab Emirates where the postage would have cost me 50€ and even that would not have been a guarantee that I would have received the money I paid for the clothes back. Based on this experience, I would say that Arveilo.com products are just a scam.

Items shipped do not have anything in common with itemes advertised; neither features, colors nor quality. Its not premium, its cheap low quality products from a random industry park in china.
They dont even bother to put labels in their clothes nor do they care to use a branding. Clothes came in an unlabeled grey plastic bag.

It’s a scam. I accidentally bought some stuff from their site, I cancelled it and then asked for a refund. Never got my money back. They won’t even answer on my emails. DONT BUY FROM THEM!!

They show a quality in their website info and photos that is not present in the delivered product. The product comes from china but instead of the price of companies like shein, you pay extra. The return is for dubai so you need to pay around 50 euros, what makes it a horrible alternative. All a scam in my opinion

I cancelled an order within two hours of making an online purchase.
Arveilo responded the same day saying that they would refund in full within 10 business days.
No refund after two weeks, so contacted them again by email to ask where the refund was. I was advised by Kamal that it was probably lost in their system and that they would resolve the problem.
At the end of the week, I hadn’t received the refund so contacted them again by email. This time they did not respond.
I have now contacted my credit card to start a cash back claim.
Personally I would avoid this company. If you are going to use them, use a credit card so that you can get your money back if there is a problem with the order.

This site is a big scam.
First of all, the clothes are of terrible quality. None of the clothes fit properly (too big, too small).
So I sent the package back (I knew I would have to pay the shipping costs).
What they don't tell you is that the return address is in Dubai (you can see where this is going). So I paid €70 in shipping costs from France.
Once the package cleared customs (I had taken all the necessary steps to ensure that the package cleared customs), a carrier picked it up and attempted to deliver it to the address provided by the merchant site.
Problem: the carrier was unable to deliver the package. It was either refused or not picked up at all.
Despite my numerous emails, customer service is no longer responding to me. The good news is that today I received the parcel I sent over a month ago. The result: I spent money on clothes (which I will never wear because they are rubbish) + completely unnecessary shipping costs.
I advise you not to buy from this site. They are simply thieves and scammers.

I was shocked, when I received the shoes. Very cheap materials- like linoleum and the sole is very thin, not even rubber. I am extremely disappointed and the 3 pairs of shoes have landed in garbage. 150 dollar waist.

I ordered from these scam kings and when I saw the reviews I cancel my order immediately.. They confirmed the cancel on 03/06 and withdrew the money but never transferred the money back. Claims to have to align with their finance team…. DO NOT BUY

Shocking! Ordered 2 linen shirts and received 2 extremely cheap, smelly, polyester shirts. Have requested refund. Hopefully their customer service will be better than the quality of their clothing!

Update - despite returning to the address given in Dubai, I still have not received a refund 18/8

Arveilo shipped me clothing that was meant for a child. I payed over $139 for products they are advertising falsely! When I requested a refund, it took a week to respond and then wanted to to ship it to Threads House another company in Dubai. UPS said it would cost more than the value of what I paid Arveilo! Buyer beware ! SCAM SCAM SCAM!

average quality products, very hard to come by, some never, four times more expensive than in Temu

Ordered a few things and they came in wrong sizes and terrible quality. I payed a lot for shipping to return to them (an address in Dubai) and got the box mailed back to me a month later with no refund. They are a scam, avoid at all costs. I think they have so many fake positive reviews to try to make themselves look good, but this company is fake.

It’s a scam - delivery takes 15-30 days (without tracking!). Clothing is horrible quality, worse than you can imagine; it is unfinished and poorly done and ill fitting (but trust me, you wouldn’t ever want to wear this anyway). Marketing is all misleading. Don’t make the same mistake I did, stay clear!

They are a fraudulent company that need to be stopped. The items are tiny and terrible quality, you have to send back to Dubai at £30 shipping cost!! Then there is nobody at the address they give you as it dosen’t exist - total scam - it is being taken further.
Do not buy from them - it’s totally fake…any positive reviews are not genuine..

Do not bother with this company! False advertisement making items look much better quality than they actually are. I tried to send these items back where i had to pay another additional £30 on top off the original £80 that i spent all to wait 3 months for no refund and to be sent the parcel back due to “an issue with customs”.

Complete scam, the clothes come with tags ripped out, they are terrible quality and completely not wearable.
The positive reviews are fake, and when you attempt to return the clothes they will give you a fake address in UEA which will cost you another 22£ to ship too before the item is ‘lost’

I placed an order 3 week ago and never received it. The tracking shows it’s been stuck in Chicago since June 22. I contacted the company but never got a reply. Very disappointed with the lack of communication and service. I do not recommend ordering from here.

This company is a scam ! Paid £60 for 3 polo tops in a size XL , they turned up and all tiny sizing looked like size small or xs. The material is terrible it looks premium on the website but I would say that the material is 100% worse than anything you would buy of shein.
They then tell u to return you have to send back to Dubai which I believe is a fake address so that it ‘ gets lost ‘ and you never get your money back( as it says in t&cs that if it gets lost it isn’t their fault) .The delivery logistics was from china so this is a lie to send back to Dubai and the customs would have been more than I actually paid . I contacted my bank and told them all of this in which they refunded me . Be careful in what companies you are trusting online and I wish I looked at reviews before I purchased from this scamming company
