Ordered a greenhouse heater on Hogmanay .
Got a phone call the following Monday or Tuesday to say they didn’t do that heater anymore they would send an alternate more expensive but sturdier heater at no extra cost to me .
I said that would be ok .
Arrived today so we’ll packed it would survive a bomb blast .
Works fine .
Can’t ask for more than that .
Highly recommended .

I ordered a large propagator online which was marked as being in-stock, but then got a call the following morning to say it would be delayed a week as they had ran out and where waiting for the next stock delivery. Then they sent out the small version of the same unit, which had to be returned and the right one sent out which arrived next-day.
However, now it is here it is really great, and they were helpful and understanding throughout, covered all the costs of the return etc, and threw in some extra 'freebees' for the inconvenience.
