Yes trust your gut this is a con, you have to give over your credit card online before the person arrives. The hourly rate is completely ambiguous and then they throw on that they don’t have the tools available “gas” which I had purposely asked if was included in the work on the phone before hand. You could sense the call handlers desperation to get a job. Regarding the work I have never seen anyone taking so long to put tools away, quote etc so all their paper work, ask for WiFi etc. But the worst was him trying to make you sign for the work without actually telling you or showing you what you are signing for or highlighting that this was an invoice. Very underhand and sneaky really, he was then quite aggressive when I asked him what I was signing. Knew it was iffy from the get go! Do not use even if you think your are very experienced getting quotes and working with tradespeople!

Jack was polite and clear about the work and issues. He cleaned up and did a good job within the time.

I can strongly recommend this company for any blocked drain emergencies. Response time was quick, and the engineer had the drain unblocked in no time. Five out of five for your friendly service, and just going the extra mile. Thanks Harvey

We had a CCTV drainage survey that was very quick and professional and very useful in finally clarifying where the waste pipe was after having a lot of conflicting opinions from other people. Laszlo was very knowledgeable and helpful and friednly and gave us a lot of very useful advice.

Your electrician, Ellas Engmann, was a very efficient worker. He identified the problem and has successfully rectified the problem. He was also a very polite and helpful person.

Very prompt and efficient service. Cleared the problem with the blocked toilet and went on to check all main drains. Engineer was excellent.

The engineer didn't fix the oven.
Didn't come on the initially booked day.
Arrived 6 hours late on the second attempt but i wasn't arround to check his work.

The electrician turned up without the correct equipment, despite us clearly specifying what was needed when booking. We were told to rebook and received a confirmation email, but on the day were told the job hadn’t actually been scheduled.

Customer service was poor throughout - including refusing to provide an email address and speaking to my wife disrespectfully. We were also sent invoices despite no work being carried out, and the original quoted price ended up including hidden fees.

After five days of being messed around, we cancelled and went elsewhere. Avoid if you want a smooth, straightforward service.
