It's been more than a month and I never received my order. I asked for refund but Santediscount keeps asking me to wait for them to resolve the problem with the shipping company. I am very sorry but it's their problem not mine and a month for a beauty product to receive is a joke. Not customer-centric and they only care about their product being lost and care about customer experience... If you placed an order and could not wait to receive them to test, you will understand my feeling. They never actively came to me and propose a resolution. Worst shopping experience ever.

My order arrived after 19 working days of waiting (even though the maximum promised time was 8 working days).
Unfortunately, the paper packaging is all open or quite wrinkled, in order to make it impossible to trust the storage and preservation of the products.
The beer yeast came with the lid ajar, although the seal was not broken, which makes the cargo and its preservation even more suspicious.
I just remain disappointed with contempt and neglect.

Asked for the return coupon they’ve mentioned in a first answer (via their website itself) and, guess what?! The excuse is, once again, an IT problem!! Just as they’ve mentioned to be the error in my purchase shipment at first.

There must be some miscommunication in between your own attendants, for the answer you gave me was this one below and not anything about voucher.

Perfect pharmacy with great prices. Yes during this time we have to wait for our orders to be processed, but everyone should be patient as they mentioned it already on their website. The support is great, when you have some issues with your order they take care of it almost always instantly.

I placed an order (no 105989996) November the 13th. The payment was taken from my credit card shortly after, but my order still hasn't shipped. Status is still 'En cours de traitement'. Correct delivery . Took 2 weeks but in this situation - COVID 19 - it's acceptable.
So seen the circumstances, not at all disappointed !!! Everyone has to wait ; physical shops are closed, so enormous pressure on webshops and delivery services . Great job !

Earlier I disregarded my health as couldn’t afford medicine and doctors fees are high, local Swiss pharmacies are expensive! Now I always purchase items for myself and my family from Sante Discount France. My deliveries are always fast and customer service is on top! I am happy this platform exists and ships also to Switzerland. The only issue is custom taxes are high in Switzerland and I wish it was not. But we are not a part of EU so it is understandable.

BEWARE OF THIS WEBSITE I bought a pair of shoes that looked great and comfortable. After a month the cheapest, badly made pair of plastic shoes turned up. They are only worthy of the bin. They are cheap Chinese made shoes for people with very wide feet at the toe end. Do not buy from this website! It sells rubbish and if they come from China not exactly easy to return.
I am hoping the company will do the honourable thing and refund me and tell me where I can return the shoes to in the UK.

I'm so disappointed with this website, I have made my order on the 29th of July, it was stated that the delivery should take place within 3-4 business days because it was for Belgium, today its 7 August, nothing yet is received, and I need the ordered products urgently. It would have been better if they didn't mention any delivery days at least I would have ordered from somewhere else.
So till now I'm not sure if I will receive my orders.

The company is genuine, I had no problem with my order it arrived on time with full tracking all of the way the articles were received within good condition and products for genuine the only reason I have not given 5 Stars for this review you is because the company's phone number does not work they replied straight away to my email confirming that it was their phone number and that my items have been dispatched. However the only reason I may possibly not order from the company again is because I have a policy I've only dealing with companies that I can speak with on the phone.

I'm very happy with my order. I received my order in 4 days. At first I was a bit hasitated that the delivery could go wrong but I followed the 'track and trace' and this morning I received an email from a Dutch postal service that my order was on it's way.

It was the first time for me ordering from France. I was a bit nervous,but everything went perfect! They shipped the package within 48 hours, the package arrived 5 days after shipping date, and most important: the products I ordered were in perfect condition. I am very pleased with my purchase from santediscount. Highly recommend!
