The order wasn’t compleet
The order wasn’t compleet. They have send us the missing parts, after mailing and texting with Atmooz. Unfortunately we’ve waited several days because the the deliver company delayed, without clear communication, the delivery.

I'm very happy with the beautiful lamp I ordered and already got so many compliments on how nice it is. It really adds a lot to the room. I really love the design, and I'm impressed with the quality. Shipping was also super quick, much faster than expected (although I never received a tracking number for the item -- not a big deal for me). All in all, the ordering process was seamless.

My order was shipped very fast and the quality of the product was amazing.
