Terrible, frustrating and disgusting customer service. WARNING do not purchase unless you use credit card or paypal type services for protection.
They operate a return, refund and new purchase system which is slow, clumsy and open to abuse as in my case they proved their word is not to be trusted.
I was delivered a 20mm thick core radiator instead of 40mm. I was treated as guilty from the first response and had to argue my innocence over the next two days. They implied I must have ordered the wrong part for my vehicle and asked to verify VIN etc which was all correct.
They could not see the basic logic that it does not matter what car its for etc I ordered 40mm and got 20mm ....so wrong part.
Eventually they wanted me to post back at my cost, more arguing they paid but I had to drop at a drop centre an hour away.
I was promised refund 24hrs after they received it ( later other promises of 3-5 days and also if I close the dispute), 21 days of sheer frustration I finally got e refund via paypal dispute then escalated to a claim.
Even then they left it till the last two days before Paypal automatic settlement, also a number of days of empty promises of settlement implying the delay is waiting for paypal.
They never admit fault, in my case they blamed the supplier. The managers are spineless and lazy as they never call when asked.
I had a 140km round trip to drop the wrong part off as I thought it would resolve things quickly..Wrong. (I live in rural location)
I only had one apology from the one person who actually called me but he was only calling to review and clarify my position but I have received no company apology or compensation for the aggravation or the journey.
If it was not for paypal I would have been really screwed!

very bad company....when i buy a part. they take deposit money from me and tell me: when you return old parts. we return money again to you.but they dont tell me I must pay for shipping cost !!!! shipping cost more than part price!!!! and when I ask why don't write it or tell me about the shipping cost must pay by customer? the answer is we are sorry!!!!!

As usual they ask you for the number and information of the order.. To make the reader feel they want to solve the problem and help him ... But they actually provoke you more .... They sent a new email contains the address of shipping on my personal cost .... What is the provocation ?? !!!!

On 30-7-2019 I returned the piece to my own account and cost me a lot ... and they asked me to wait from 6 to 8 weeks .... and until now I did not get anything !!!!! I do not recommend dealing with them. There are better, faster and more reliable options in Sweden.
Last summer I ordered brand new tyres (dot 0618). End of summer one of those had a bubble outside of the tyre. Tyres were installed on professional retailer shop. Over a month a go I made reclaim and sent the broken tyre back and still I haven't got a new one. You have documents i've sent it and you've told me it's somewhere in your warehouse. How bad can your customer service be only for about 50 EUR?!

Bought coil springs for 535d 2008lci , the ad specifies front and rear spring kit, when arrived only fronts, however the ad itself shows clearly rear ,max load etc, it specifies front and rear.
I even spoke to an advisor and they confirmed they are four, however they are not to blame it's just how the ad is presented. Again, when I wanted to return the product, it needed to be paid by me, which will actually make it more expensive than it already is. Special thank you for the uselessness of your team Yana and Alisia, once more, truly yours, the customer.
You can simply end up with a different part (different brand) than the one you have ordered (without been informed). And if you are unlucky enough to have to deal with warranty, they will simply try to find something to void your warranty!!!
Their support is a call center, somewhere in the world (low cost), that speak bad your language, nothing bad with that but they are pretending to be in your country, plus no one responsible to give you direct answers there.
Order took a week to dispatch, called me 3 times to "confirm the order" AFTER taking my money which no other merchant does.
Received the item after waiting 2 weeks, not as described, claimed an exchange including proof with screenshots, took a week to respond and denied the refund.
Finally after several phone calls they agreed to the refund, 3 weeks after receiving the item back still no refund. Had to get the credit card company involved then all of a sudden communication was excellent and got a quick refund. Please don't waste your time and go elsewhere.
Avoid this company,i place an order on 28.03.2018 received parts on 14.04.2018,received diferrent parts with poor quality,need to buy another ones,not happy at all when you get car apart and find that parts wont fit.They cange your order and they put lower guality parts,take a screen picture when you place order. Please avoid them.
