Paid $1400 for a rear axel in good…

Paid $1400 for a rear axel in good condition. Axel was shipped quickly, and I was excited to get it as I need my Jeep up and running for work. I wish I was home when it was actually delivered and could deny delivery. Axel I received was from a 2002 Jeep, 5 years newer than my 1997. It looked as if it was sitting in a swamp ever since, and my older axel is in better external condition. I’m a reasonable person who realizes I am getting a used auto part, and know it will need a bit of work, but I could literally poke holes in critical areas with a screwdriver if I wanted to. Definitely not in good condition, and not worth $1400. Not sure I would have paid $400 for it. Customer service took my information and were pleasant and emailed me the form for a replacement. Filled it out and attached pictures, and it’s going on a week with no return contact. I’ll call them again tomorrow if I don’t get an email by tonight.

Ordered a rear axle assembly for my 04 Dodge Ram. Shipping was free and really fast. Had my mechanic open the gear case and check it out before installing. Everything was in great shape and the rear axle fit and works perfectly. Very satisfied!

The CD player didn't work worth a damn

The CD player didn't work worth a damn. It cost m $100 to get it fixed. So much ordering anything from you people at Automotix ever again.

I ordered the transmission in there at Feb.05.2020, but I am still waiting to get it. When I check the tracking, it still in transit. Even it isn't delivered until now. during the whole week. It already over the estimate delivery time.
They advertise free shipping, but it is really bad. I won't use it anymore.

Part arrived timely l ordered a body control module and received the module still attached to the fuse box. Everything works. Did not give 5 stars because the part was poorly packed and falling out of the box. So far so good. Would use them again for gard to find parts at reasonable prices.

oil leak on engine oil and dirt caked up around valve cover and timing cover when arrived do not believe it was advertised with correct mileage

Replacement OEM Stereo

Bought a stereo that was suppose to have been reconditioned and inspected. Display screen was fogged over and the unit was filthy. If they took it apart to check it out they could have cleaned it. Antenna was snipped off along with the other two connectors.

poorly secured engine for shipment

as far the automotix company they were great to talk to and ordered the engine on line. The engine i received was poorly secured to a wooden pallet with plastic strapping the engine shifted on the pallet during unloading and broke the plastic valve cover on the motor sending plastic pieces into the motor that i will need to remove the oil pan and clean out all the debris before i install it.

Easy to find what I was looking for, decent prices. Was hard to figure out tracking due to my first time ordering from the company, but had my part delivered on the day of suggested delivery date..

This engine was wet when I picked it up…

The engine was wet when I picked it up from R&L Carriers (hopefully it's okay, still waiting on mechanic to check the engine out completely) have to change the seal and spark plugs. This engine was not cheap at all. Engine was dirty and not cleaned. I'm disappointed with Automotix right now.

I ordered an engine and transmission for my Pathfinder. Not only did the pricing beat every other site I looked at but the shipping costs were covered and the parts arrived on time, the drivers went above and beyond to help unload, and the parts were in great shape. I hope to not have to replace these big parts again, but if i do I'll be using Automotix. No question.

This was about the 4th time I've used your service. Each time the parts arrived on time. I've even had to return parts. Never had a problem with the exchange. This last time my mechanic confirmed that the air compressor was in excellent condition.

I bought an engine and had it shipped to a Ford dealership. The dealership said the engine came in great shape and fit and worked perfectly in my truck. It is so good that when they started it up it was so quiet they couldn't tell it was running.
