Good potential that is not fulfilled due to business decisions.

The overall quality is good, need to pay more attention for some details. The price still needs enhancement to be competitive. The fact that as a customer I still can’t pick the colors that I want and have to buy sets is really sad.

Thank you for your review! It is indeed not possible to make combinations yourself. We have already prepackaged these combinations. If we were going to put it back together and put it back together, the stock would no longer be correct, so that we would have to disappoint others. Apologies for any inconvenience!

No delivery from Bamigo - be careful!

It is now one week ago i paid for a delivery from Bamigo - and I have still not recieved anything - and I can not before I have recievd the order return it - is this real or is it fake?

Excellent service

I needed some t-shirts delivered fast for a gift. I called the service desk at Bamigo. The very friendly employee helped me placing the order and managed to have it expedited without extra costs -meaning free delivery. 2 days later the package was brought to my doorstep. Excellent service!

Tried to order six months ago, no delivery, no response to email

I received a gift card from Bamigo, but the code did not work on their website. After several emails and a few weeks later they 'fixed' the issue, and asked me to place my order again. After placing the order with the gift card number, they showed me a message that I needed to pay by bank transfer, which is strange as I paid the full amount with the gift card. I waited for my order to arrive, nothing happened for two months. I emailed them three months ago to ask for a response and to fulfil the order, but still waiting for a response, and still haven't received what I ordered yet. Tried to email them again today, wondering how many more months they would need to respond or ever deliver what I tried to order already six months ago. To summarise; their gift cards are not working, process to pay with a gift card is lacking, no delivery, no tracking and managing of placed orders, no response to customer emails.
