My mirror was very delayed but after I emailed to query this, Joby was really helpful and the service I was then provided then made me decide to wait for the mirror instead of cancelling my order. I was then updated every step of the way!

Mounting is theoretically easy, though not if you're wall isn't perfectly flat.. The result looks fabulous with a handy shaver socket hidden on the right side and options for colour temperature.
