Work is good ,communication is very poor.

I order 4 samples. I recieved 1 month behind on schedule, the communication was poor , waited sometimes for days for a response. 3 of the 4 product was 8 out of 10 , the main product was a 5 out of 10 they did not follow instructions or the tech pack provided. Even after I received sample they fail to respond in a timely matter , actually still waiting going on 5 days. Note they responded within a few hour when inquiring after order is placed you will wait for days. I mention this to the company more than 3 times no improvement.

A company that works with you if there are any mistakes.

I made a bulk order and I received all jackets that was ordered there was a couple of mistakes but it might have been my fault I reimbursed three customers out of my pocket, then it was a misunderstanding on the size of a single jacket order beingmadeformylittlesisterbirthday, and battlestar agreed to remake the jacket with no charge to me.

Thanks for your honest feedback. I completely understand how it felt not having the tracking right away. After the recent US import duty changes, we began using a new service that lets us prepay all duties so customers get their orders duty-free at the doorstep. The only drawback is a short delay before tracking becomes available, which is why you received it a bit later.
