this companyis just out on your money i ordered a barret sniper rifle payed 150eu and 25 transport costs....geuss what the gun never arrived they never reply too emails or on facebook or annywhere and 175eu gone in my eyes they are bunch of scammers beware never order annything the service is everything below zero

Ordered a bundle of guns and the main one is faulty. Delivered on 31.03.25. Emailed on the day and haven't received a reply. Have been phoning everyday since but no answer and no reply to voicemails. Logged into my account to begin a return and the order number isn't available. Submitted under a previous order number clearly stating it's for a different order and no reply to that either. Phoned at opening time on the dot this morning to the same answer phone message telling me the staff are very busy, listened to hold music for ten minutes then passed to answerphone which I'm guessing will be ignored as well.

Prices are decent, customer service is not good. Had a problem with a delayed order and was told it would be sent next day. When it went out it was 5 day delivery. They don't respond to emails and I've tried phoning only to be dumped into full voicemails, so I can't leave a message.

Brilliant service n high quality Illuminated Reticle rifle scope was here with me 2 days after ordering this I'm really really pleased very good BB Gun store also well happy with the price. I'd highly reccomend BBguns4less to any other airsoft enthusiast..the scope looks great in the sleek black design as well as feels very robust and the varying colours n settings of the IR makes it even more appealing. I'm definitely buying my Gun stuff here again
