A wonderful shopping experience
A wonderful shopping experience, even with shipping from Europe to the US. Bemz even kept me apprised during production of when my order would be done. My chairs look much better! US companies could learn about good communication with customers from Bemz.

Great pieces - received a velvet cover for our Farlov sofa for a present and purchased a linen cover. Both fit perfectly and look great.
Velvet ottoman cover
The trickiest part of the process was changing the website to USA. Once I accomplished that my whole experience was delightful. The cover arrived quickly, it’s beautiful and it fits perfectly (I did the snug fit option). Thanks bemz!
Love my BEMZ velvet slipcover
I had toyed with the idea of buying a new slip cover for my IKEA Karlstad 3-seater sofa for almost a year. Finally I decided to order 5 free samples, which was delivered to me in Toronto, Canada much quicker than expected. In the end, me and my partner made the decision to split the total cost of the Cognac velvet slipcover (we were also torn between Moss Green and Clover Pink).
We went online and were pleasantly surprised there was a Holiday sale so we couldn't say no. My only regret is not taking advantage of the sale and buying curtains!
In any case, I couldn't be any happier with the end result and how fast delivery was. My sofa looks great and love the quality/colour of the velvet. I would definitely order from Bemz again.
Simply disappointing
It is simply an absolute shame how we were treated at BEMZ; and believe me, I am not somebody who would ever say or write that without good reason, since I have ordered a lot via internet and have always been satisfied, due to a fine delivery or at least a good working customer service; until I ordered at BEMZ.
At first the delivery of our fabric for the IKEA HOLMSUND couch plus Recamiere took 6 weeks longer than we were told. Well, that can happen, but what happened next was a cheek of a special kind..
When the fabric finally arrived we had to learn that the endings of some of the fabric pieces were sewed absolutely inaccuratly. And further more one big piece of fabric did not fit at all to the HOLMSUND couch; it was much too small..
I told that to the customer service and after endless writing and explaining and sending them pictures of the fabric pieces of insufficient quality they agreed to send me two new pieces of the concerned items. But then they suddenly they told me I would have to measure the IKEA parts of my HOLMSUND couch which I thought was rediculous, since I am not a cutter.. But I did so and then they agreed to send me two new pieces within the next week.. After two more weeks I asked them where the pieces were and they told me, that the delivery had been stopped because they now decided I should send back the whole fabric.. I claimed I would just want the two new pieces of the fabric as they agreed to send me; after having ordered the fabric over 4 months ago..!
Well, until today I have not heard from them again..
That is really the worst and most embarassing service that ever happend to me, my wife and my daughter who, by the way, just wished to have a nice sleeping place with a good fabric on our new IKEA couch.

Ikea cover
I ordered samples ahead of time to make sure of the correct color. I was very pleased with the covers that I received and was glad that I was able to purchase an Ikea cover, since my sofa is still in great condition but is no longer being produced.

I originally ordered the wrong size (European Ikea lounge has a larger one than the Australian product). No problem returning it and the correct one arrived reasonably quickly. Love the fabric, colour and quality.
I LOVE my new slip cover
I LOVE my new slip cover. Would only recommend a little instruction- though we logically figured out that we'd have to take the couch apart a bit. But I am so, so, so happy with Bemz.
two months later...
The website and my order confirmation clearly stated that the slipcover would be shipped in 2-3 weeks. After 4 weeks, no one had reached out to me - so I wrote and was told the cover would be late. No apology, offer to cancel and refund, or even a shipping estimate.
I finally received the covers 7 weeks later, after having houseguests and two parties with my old stained couch. The slipcover is very nice, but I wanted it when it was promised.

Super-stylish update
Ordered loose-fit slipcovers in the Simply Linen linen/cotton blend for my Söderhamn sofa. The covers are well sewn and finished, fit perfectly and the fabric has a gorgeous handfeel. A super-stylish update for a basic Ikea sofa.

I would habe liked to gut the cushions in a Differential Colorverglasung like the extra pillows I bought. Was Not possible.
Just like a new sofa
Just like a new sofa. Near perfect fit. The corner frame unit is just a little odd as it is one piece rather than the original 3-sections so it’s harder to fit but a cleaner look in the end. Great fabric quality. Will be back next time I need a new cover.
