Great experience with great teachers
Great experience with great teachers. It would be helpful to receive vocabulary for the current units in a printed format Also, as a government student, it would be helpful to tailor the course near the end to vocabulary utilized in our field.

My experience with Belitz has been highly satisfactory
My experience with Belitz has been excellent. Both as far as the language instruction as well as the administration. My professor is very knowledgeable, maintaining the class interesting and fast-moving. I also find the administrative aspect of the institute very efficient. The administrative personnel is friendly, polite, and competent.

Spanish refresher with Mrs. Blanca
I worked with Mrs. Blanca for my yearly Spanish refresher. She was the most professional and knowledgeable Spanish teacher I have ever had in my 8 years of Army required yearly Spanish refresher. I know that whomever she teaches will improve upon their Spanish greatly.

Bad service team
Very disappointed with the customer service team. I was told I would be able to receive a refund, if I canceled within a certain time frame. I have and been waiting for my refund since November 2019. I keep being told it will be taken care of and nothing. Not good Berlitz!

I love Berlitz
I love Berlitz. My spanish teacher has been excellent! She analyzes my learning style to figure out how to teach me. The class is all in Spanish even though I'm a beginner and I've learned so much. Everyone at Berlitz is also so friendly! And there's a discount for gov employees. Strong RECOMMEND!

I am glad with mi teachers, but not with the administration of Berlitz Isla Verde
I am glad with mi teachers I learning very much with them, but the administration was terrible with me and my co-student, when they'll not finished whole of unit the level two with us. The trust was broken with the administartion and I think that not I'll go back anymore if you don't give us the class on level two completely.

The instructors at Berlitz in Carolina…
The instructors at Berlitz in Carolina are excellent. They create a friendly and confidence atmosphere. They are always available for you to answer any doubt and for practicing pronunciation. If you do not understand something, they keep explaining until you get it. Their patience to teach evidence its passion toward the language learning.

Finished with a whimper
I realize that there was some challenges with moving offices after a century at one location and I make some allowances for that. However, months passed, and when my then current groupings of lessons were coming to an end, I would have bought another bundle and continued. No question. But no one reached out to me. I had no idea exactly where in the maze of shared space the new office until I stumbled upon it, and then, it was not open. No one from Berlitz ever contacted me via e-mail. Not to say "sorry to see you go" or "your package is about to expire" or "would you like to re-up?" I found that to be very unusual customer service - totally absent. My teachers were wonderful and that is what mattered most to me, though. I was also dismayed to find that the average teacher there is compensated around 15% of the actual hourly fee paid to Berlitz. I am not suggesting that there be a 50/50 split, but, the chasm feels unjust. Anyway, overall, I found it to be a lackluster experience in regard to the engagement of the Berlitz office staff. They lost a sure thing student.

bad teacher for kids
My son was enrolled in the after school program for Spanish at his school. The teacher complained about him to her supervisor but refused to talk to us or engage us and work with us to correct my son’s behavior and kicked him out of the class. My son is 5 years old. Other parents were also complaining about this teacher. Not sure I would use Berlitz again.
