So far so good

So far so good, just quite pricy. But so convenient to use. Friendly user interface, sometimes server ping spiking but not bothered us playing. Will consider to continue my subscription 👍🏻🫰🏻

Have been playing server based games…

Have been playing server based games for years, and always wanted to be able to run my own server at an affordable price. I feel BisectHosting is the answer it's been very easy to use and you can change your rate or features at a moments notice. The experience has been great!

Project Zomboid

Very good hosting service. Lots of local serwers and one is even in Poland what i demanded the most. Hosting Project Zomboid server is very easy here and RAM usage is actually very low (3-5GB) even after installing 20+ mods.

Custom Modpack Help from Anna

Anna helped me figure out how to navigate adding a custom modpack to my server, and was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. I would have been completely clueless without her and probably would have given up. Incredible service and great help!

Super Rad!

I had been rolling my own own docker servers for my kids, and every time they wanted a new plug-in or mod, I would spend days figuring it out if it even worked at all. Found these folks at BisectHosting.com and it is literally a button press for anything! Super Rad!

Bisect Hosting staff is awesome!!

Everyone on the Bisect Hosting staff has been super helpful and thoughtful towards any issues I have with my server for the past 2 months. They respond to me quicker, and they actually provide responses that further along a solution to my problems.

Server has been running great

Server has been running great. No problems with connecting or anything else. Only problem was the server took multiple hours from purchasing to be online. Once it came online though it was great.

Fantastic, fast service

I was seriously struggling (twice!) with setting up my server so I reached out to the support team - received replies and fixed within 15-30 minutes, so fast!!!!

Solved my problem for me so I could hop on with my mates to game :) big shoutout to Thomas for fixing the server so quickly!

He did an excilent job at helping me… find my server.

He did an excilent job at helping me resolve my issue. I was unable to see the email so he helped me find it with very detailed instructions of how to and made my life very easy. I personally believe timmy is great and is great at what he do. Please give him a head pat for me.

The customer service has been…

The customer service has been increadible, but my experience hasn't been amazing, mainly due to having to do a lot of trouble shooting and fixing glitches. Granted, that's outside their control.

Overall, it's generally been great and hopefully they don't implode anytime soon.

Hunter V the Goat

Hunter V was very helpful in my process to figuring out my ram usage issue. They walked me through the steps to troubleshoot the issues and identify what was causing such high ram and made an overall positive experience to the situation at hand very easy to be in touch with throughout it.

Bisect hosting is reliable!

Bisect hosting is reliable!

I have had numerous servers with BisectHosting over the past few years and they were all of the most outstanding quality, and are delivered in record time.

Never had any issues, and the one time I had to contact support they fixed it very quickly (which was a mod conflict on my side).

If you are considering creating a server, do consider them.

Very Quick Response

Support was very patient with me and my reply times which was very much appreciated as I am rather scatterbrained. They responded very quickly, even though the time I initially opened a ticket was late and responded quickly to my following replies as well.

BisectHosting has been one of the worst…

BisectHosting has been one of the worst hosting experiences I’ve personally experienced. My server has been offline for nearly 7 days in Dallas. They initially cited Hurricane Beryl even though pretty much there is 0 outages in the Dallas area as of today by most of the electric companies. Almost all damage by the hurricane was in Houston not Dallas.

There’s been no update, no eta, I don’t even know if my server still has its data. I keep getting told “We’re working on it”.

But for professional hosting a 7 day downtime is absolutely absurd. I’ve also had no compensation outside credit for a few days of downtime.

While most of our Dallas nodes are back online, we are currently dependent on the datacenter to restore full functionality. Unfortunately, natural events like heat waves or hurricanes can impact datacenters, and despite our best efforts, we have limited control over these occurrences.

Regarding your concerns about the initial citation of Hurricane Beryl, it appears there was a misunderstanding, and we deeply regret any confusion this may have caused. While the primary damage was indeed in Houston, our Dallas datacenter faced unexpected complications as well.

We are committed to improving our communication and providing more frequent updates in situations like this. Your data's safety is our top priority, and we will ensure that your server data is secure. We are also exploring better ways to prevent such extended downtimes in the future. We are also happy to compensate you for any downtime you had during this unfortunate outage. We will credit your account accordingly and keep you updated on the status of your server.
