Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We genuinely appreciate every opportunity to reflect on our service, even when the circumstances seem a little… puzzling.

After a thorough review of our records, we can confirm that no new customers were served by Black Fleet London on December 3, 2024, or during that period. In fact, we were exclusively working with our contracted clients and were not accepting new bookings.

We also feel it’s worth mentioning that Black Fleet London operates solely within the United Kingdom. While we pride ourselves on delivering a first-class experience, we’ve yet to expand our services to Romania. Our chauffeurs are exceptional, but they haven’t started crossing borders just yet (although we hear Eurostar is hiring!).

The experience described doesn’t align with the values we uphold or the professionalism our clients expect. If there’s been any misunderstanding, please do feel free to reach out to us at info@blackfleetlondon.co.uk. We’d be delighted to clear up any confusion. Our team loves a good mystery, but we prefer happy endings.

Top-notch and professional.

Used them a couple weeks ago and I can easily say that it's a top-notch chauffeuring company. Prompt arrival, comfortable ride, and courteous chauffeur. Would highly recommend to anyone needing a chauffeuring service.

I used this service in February and I was very impressed with the professionalism of the chauffeur and the cleanliness of the car. Made my journey stress-free and I've used this service since then again just a week ago! I definitely reccomend this service.

Spectacular experience

Spectacular experience, no bad things to say. My driver was a very polite and extremely professional, and the driving was very good, as well as the car itself. It was spotless as if had just gone through a deep clean. I would highly recommend this service for anyone who want great driving and a top notch experience.

I recently used Black Fleet for the…

I recently used Black Fleet for the 2and time from Gatwick to home, the service efficiency and value for money was great.
I had a driver called vlad who had picked me up on my 1st trip as well, the politeness, professionalism and helpfulness of vlad was 2nd to none a true example of what Black Fleet stand for.
I will be using again and have no issues in recommending to friends and family.
