Buyer beware

Buyer beware! They offered their clear lift laser service on sale for $1050 for three sessions! Normally it was $475 Per treatment, I signed up thinking I was getting a deal, they took an alcohol wipe and wiped my face and did three swipes across only my face that did not include the neck and then handed me a sample of sunscreen and told me to put it on! So unprofessional didn’t even wash my face or set anything up! I was very unhappy with that session I thought it was so unprofessional and I am a aesthetician and I know the proper procedure for safety and cleanliness! Since I was unhappy I started to look around to see if any other Spa offered this I found Enlighten Spa over in Orlando that only charges $475 for three treatments which includes three face and neck area and they do four swipes instead of three swipes unlike spa blue! I called them and told them I was not happy with my service and I wanted a refund on the two remaining and they said sure I could have a refund but then did not credit it back to my card so I called back a week later and they said they would send it out in a check and I would not receive it for another seven days and so I waited another seven days and it did not come so I called them and they said they were going to hold it for 30 days and that I had to come in and sign a paper, who runs a legitimate professional business like this if you’re not happy with the service you should be able to get your money back! Thank God for Citibank because they credit back the $700 to my account and are going after them so please don’t make the same mistake I did and give them any business they are so unprofessional and lie straight to your face! So buyer beware!
