Daughter scammed, inexperienced and booked through the first link. Big mistake. She needs to change the date and received no response to her or to my emails. You should be ashamed of yourself preying on young people

Inexperienced with this whole test stuff I stupidly pressed the first link I saw.

Booked it and then realised after seeing how much they charged it was a sleazy third party scheme.

I checked their terms and conditions which said I'd be refunded as long as they hadn't booked my test for me and I'd gave plenty notice.
Tried to contact them and they don't have a phone number only a fax that is invalid!
I filled out their contact form to cancel and demand a refund never heard back from them.
I sent an email directly to their Email address and all I received was junk mail. 4 days later I finally get an email they booked me through the DVLA website something I could have done myself for less money. It had the option to cancel but i've figured out that if I cancel THEY get the refunded £23 DVLA charge and not me. Because they booked it for me.
I tried going through the bank fraud team to get my money back but they keep stalling them too failing to respond to them. Please don't fall for this. The good reviews for them on this site are clearly fake. Made up by themselves. This is a fraud site. I still haven't received any contact about the refund all I get is spam mail.

AVOID - Preys on naive and excited 17 year olds looking to book their theory test. Third party booking site which charges double the cost of the test.
Contact phone numbers are invalid, they don’t respond to email queries or requests for refunds. Had to go through my bank’s dispute procedure to claim the refund back from them.

My Daughter booked through this website successfully booked her theory test but unfortunately failed. It states in the so called deal if you fail they will re book a re test... has that happened No! After 3 emails no response. I would love to take this further any ideas???

False and currently under report for fraud!
A Family member who is unable to report and advise to the general social community instances like this - in her naivety attempted to gain a 'deal' booking a UK driving theory test via this website. the website took the money debited from the account but failed to provide any form of confirmation and has since failed to respond to any enquires by email (....they have the audacity to charge 09' numbers as premium rate if you wish to contact them by phone). My advice - Only go to Gov websites not these 'booking agents' offering deals.
