Now product is any better than the service after the sale.

I think that anyone would be hard pressed to find a better company to deal with than Boss Laser. To begin with an actual person answers the phone. (10 points). Thier Tech support is second to none, whether it be a hardware issue or a software issue they have the people on board that solve the problems. I've even had follow up calls a couple of days later to make sure that everything was up and running.

Had a problem with my chiller

Had a problem with my chiller, called Monday night for service. They returned my call the next morning and I asked them if they could call after 4pm. They called at 4:15 the problem was a faulty chiller. They shipped out a new one one Wednesday received UPS. Thursday received new chiller and back in business. It doesn’t get any better, thank you BossLaser

The best support and service!

Every experience with Boss has been great they are the absolute best at supporting their machines and customer service. We recently had tornado in our area that caused a major power surge and snapped several power lines. It ended up damaging parts of two of my machines. A couple of emails and a quick phone call to Ashley and the parts are on the way to get them back up and running! I couldn't be happier with the service and support that I always get with Boss. Ashley is the best!

BOSS Laser Field Service Technician…

BOSS Laser Field Service Technician Josh came to our facility to train us on our new BOSS Laser. He was prompt and on time, courteous, and professional. His knowledge about the Boss equipment is unmatched, he was able to answer any questions that we had with very thorough answers. I highly recommend Boss Lasers for several reasons, but the top 2 are "Service after the sale," and competitive pricing.

Boss laser training

To begin the entire training course was simple and straightforward to follow. He went through everything from operating the machine to machine maintenance/upkeep. For each section to make sure we were not lost or overwhelmed, he provided us a setup guide and explained each step of the process. Whenever a question was ask he provided a detailed answer without being too technical/wordy. He is well informed not taking more that a few second to explain or come up with an answer. This experience was great and would recommend to anyone wanting to learn more about their machine.

Great Service and documentation!

I originally found a good video on how to replace the laser tube, since that is what I thought the source of the problem was. But just to be sure, I contacted Boss Laser and was emailed a guide document and link to a video that allowed me to identify the problem, which was NOT the laser tube! The problem turned out to be the cooling water flow sensor, which we were not able to get working by following the instructions. (It was sitting a long time without use.) When we contacted Boss Laser again, they sent a replacement sensor, free of charge! So every interaction with Boss Laser has been a great experience!

I couldn’t ask for better tech support

I have no knowledge or understanding of the inner workings of a laser machine. Given that significant handicap, Robert was able to patiently walk me through the one thing I did know; my laser was NOT working. In a very short time span he was able to tell me exactly what happened and the parts that needed to be replaced. He had them ordered and shipped off to me that day, then told me exactly what I needed to do when they arrived. Within a few minutes of them arriving-my machine was back up and running. I am so thankful to have people like Robert, just a phone call away.

Great Technician

Our technician, Josh, was of great help and a great instructor. He did not just show you what to do, but he actually lets you do it yourself and corrects you if necessary. This is a great learning method for our team.

Query

Ken phoned me and we discussed some of the queries that I had with my machine. He was very helpful and patient while explaining how to set up the focal point on my machine. It is nice to know that Boss Laser has lifetime support with their machines. I am safe in the knowledge that I can contact them at any time should I need advise.

BossLaser Demo With Ken and Steven

We went over to Sanford, FL and sat with Ken and Steven, We were just looking at a small unit to just do tumblers for our current customer base. But after looking at all the options and results and the knowledge that Ken and Steven shared with us, I am now measuring our warehouse to see what size unit are we capable of using. I would recommend BossLaser and Ken and Steven, even if you are just in the fact finding stage !!!

Tech support is knowledgeable

Tech support is knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful. They have answers to my questions on the spot most of the time, and when they have to refer to a second source they do it while I wait on the phone. So there's no call backs to answer my questions.
