I was gifted such a beautiful bouquet of roses for my birthday. They came in a box and didn’t look amazing at first sight. But once I put them in water they just became magnificence in a vase. Absolute beauty that lasted much longer than what I expected. What a treat. I hope to get more beautiful surprises like this in the future from my husband and I can’t wait to gift them to others. Bouqs is amazing!! I’ve ordered from them twice for Mother’s Day flowers. Don’t be disappointed when they aren’t bloomed when you get them—that’s when the *magic* starts! They bloom very quickly over the next few days and I love watching it and seeing how colorful they are. It’s also so cool to watch the flowers ship from South America. I love it. I will get a party box for myself when I get my new place.
I've been receiving Bouq's flowers every year for Mother's day for maybe the past 3 years. The flowers are always so beautiful and packaged well. I love flowers but struggle on how to make a beautiful arrangement myself. I figured I'd try my own subcription.
Awful mothers day gift. I ordered 40 tulips and got 25 stargazers. On top of it the delivery went to the wrong house and my elderly mother had to go search for them and had to climb up an entire flight of stairs and back down. Ugh

The flowers were beautiful and they were delivered on time. Fed Ex delivered them to the front porch. The quality of the flowers were GREAT!!!
Purchased flowers for my Mom, and Grandmother. One bouquet arrived perfectly and flowers looked amazing. The other also initially looked fine, but the recipient discovered tiny cracks in the vase that was part of the order. When I reached out for help, customer service was phenomenal. Will definitely buy flowers from Bouqs again.
It was an ordeal. I felt like customer service was just stringing me along, making me jump through unnecessary hoops every day after failing to deliver my order to a post surgery patient.
It was unpleasant. The intended recipient waited 10 days and the eventual substitute delivery was partially wilted.
There was very limited selection for a quick delivery date. This was for a sympathy arrangement and many of the delivery dates were 10+ days out. I don’t know if it was so limited because I had a Groupon, but I was a bit disappointed that I had to choose a not so nice arrangement just so I could get it within a reasonable amount of time.
Beautiful pictures. Only rub was that the “available date” on the picture did not match availability on calendar so the time I spent was longer than expected for what could arrive on time.

I ordered a bouquet for my mom for Mother's Day, and set the delivery day at a later day, May 14th, due to them going out of town for Mother's Day weekend. The florist the request went to delivered it on May 9th, and did not ring the doorbell to let them know there was a delivery so my parents did not know it was there until they took their dog out. By that time, the flowers were wilted and the bouquet looked awful since it was set in the sun for who knows how long. They were wanting to go by the florist who delivered so they could complain and also get a lot of the flowers replaced. I was on the bouqs customer service chat for over two hours trying to get the order fixed. They would not give me the name of the florist who delivered the arrangement, which I think they should no longer use, and could not get a refund, only a credit for another arrangement. I used to have a monthly membership with Bouqs awhile back and the flowers were always fresh. I am very disappointed all around for this order as it was delivered 5 days earlier than requested and the arrangement looking very wilted. I will use the credit, but not using the company after that.
