If I could give a zero

If I could give a zero. I was trying to surprise my mom in Florida by sending her flowers for Mother's Day. I carefully chose some that I thought she'd like and ordered them with plenty of time for her to get them by that day. I was charged but she never got them some glitch that they were never shipped. I got a refund but I don't care because I looked like a crap daughter for mother's day.

The bouquet was lovely

The bouquet was lovely - a little different with the addition of succulents - and it was delivered on time, was very full, and the flowers were very fresh. Definitely will order again!

Great customer service…

I had a great customer service experience. When I purchased a flower subscription, the system only allowed certain start dates, so I completed the order and then emailed customer service to ask if an earlier date might be available. They responded in less than 24 hours, were able to provide an earlier start date, and even asked if there was anything else I needed. I was very surprised and happy with how quickly and helpfully they handled my request.

I had an issue with a gift of flowers

I had an issue with a gift of flowers. When I contacted the company, they were swift to reply. Within a day they were willing to allow me to choose another bouquet at their cost. I received my fresh flowers today and couldn’t be more pleased! The flowers came on time, and within 15 minutes I was enjoying my beautiful bouquet! Would highly recommend this company to others. Thank you so much for making my day. 😊❤️

Wish I had more options to change…

Wish I had more options to change different Veyt online as well compared to shopping at your OC store. It really helps to be able to stop by the store and look at the sizes of the bouquet and talking to the florist. However, just booking online does have its limitation.

Exceptional Customer Service

The fact that the credit was extended to me originally was so appreciated, then like a dummy I went and let the credit expire...when I wanted to send flowers to a sick friend and use my credit....oops...expired, but like any great company worth patronizing Bouqs came through AGAIN!! I reached out not expecting that they would do anything, but just thought I would ask...and sure enough they went ahead and extended my credit so I could use it! WOW, now THAT'S GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Thanks Princess, thanks Bouqs!!!
